Members of the technology and construction group practise in the fields of law which in the High Court are assigned to the Technology and Construction Court. Of course, we also undertake cases in the County Court and appeal courts and in arbitration, adjudication and mediation. Our expertise covers such areas as:

• Industrial processes
• Negligence of professionals such as Architects and Engineers
• Computers and information technology
• The Internet
• Commercial disputes involving complex technical issues

Our group includes experienced arbitrators and adjudicators as well as advocates. Many of us have had relevant commercial experience before coming to the Bar.
