Recruitment

Barristers are required to be increasingly specialist. 3PB has met this challenge by recruiting additional experts rather than by reducing the range of services we provide. We have grown steadily and currently have over 150 members. We have achieved this growth both by bringing on our own pupils and by recruiting established practitioners where their skills would strengthen our existing teams.

What this means for pupils is that we are able to offer an outstanding training and range of experience, with a realistic chance of tenancy at the end of the year. Please follow the links from this page for full details of our pupillage system and application process.

To support our members we recruit clerks and administrative staff at all levels but of the high calibre required, and details of current vacancies can be found on this page. This also contains an application form that should be completed and sent to the relevant Senior Clerk where the vacancy exists.
