Recruiting Established Practitioners

Over the last few years a number of high quality practitioners have joined 3PB from other leading sets. We remain actively interested in first class experienced practitioners in our major fields of practice and our aim is to facilitate a smooth transition, and to provide a happy and supportive working environment.

We regularly recruit established practitioners at every level, including the most senior, as can be seen from the News pages. Factors that cause people to apply to us include the relative stability that we can offer, the excellent clerking, the congenial atmosphere and the opportunity to practise from different geographical centres. We are also a busy set. Our size means that we are in the fortunate position that we would never have to turn away an applicant of outstanding ability merely because of pressures of space.

Senior practitioners - juniors of around 15 years call or more and silks - should contact Charlotte Hadfield at the London Chambers or our Deputy Head of Clerking, Stuart Pringle. An application form should be completed as above.
