Attorney General's Panel Appointments

The Asset Forfeiture Group at 3PB is delighted to announce that 4 of its members have been appointed as Counsel to the Serious Fraud Office.

The four successful candidates, who all specialise in the law of restraint, receivership and civil recovery, are: Barry Stancombe and Mark Sutherland Williams (A panel); Rupert Jones (B panel); and Ambereeen Chaudary (C panel). The Attorney-General approved appointments underline the growing reputation of the AFG at 3PB, which operates a dedicated Commercial Fraud Team, and has the ability to offer specialist counsel at all levels.
