£26 million MTIC Fraud Decision

The appeal of Darren Richard Leitch (t/a London Mobile Communications) [2012] UKFTT 229 (TC), in which Michael Vere-Hodge Q.C. leading Craig Ludlow and Oliver Powell appeared for the Commissioners, has been reported on Lawtel and Bailii. 

The judgment represents another important decision for the Commissioners in MTIC appeals before the First Tier tax Tribunal.
