Many of the cases in which Adam is instructed involve consideration of issues of asset forfeiture. He is regularly instructed for prosecution and defence alike in cases of complex fraud, the importation of illegal drugs and the supply of illegal drugs, the employment of illegal workers and matters involving trading standards (such as software and other counterfeit goods).
These are often lengthy and multi-handed cases. Consequently, he has gained considerable experience in the management and presentation of complex facts and financial evidence, the assessment of sensitive material and is frequently involved in the consideration of issues relating to the proceeds of crime and confiscation.
Adam Hiddleston has considerable experience of prosecuting and defending in serious and complex criminal cases and in regulatory crime. He has been appointed to the Attorney-General’s List of approved counsel and is a Crown Prosecution Service, Grade 4 prosecutor.
