Family

Amanda’s practice covers many aspects of family work. Her experience includes the following:

• a wide range of ancillary relief cases;
• many other areas of financial work, such as cohabitees disputes, TLATA and applications under schedule 1 of the Children Act 1989;
• private law children work, including applications under section 8, change of name and removal from the jurisdiction;
• Family Law Act injunctions and committal applications.

Amanda undertakes both private and some publicly funded work. She is a member of the Family Law Bar Association.
