Family

Anarkali deals in all areas of family law such as contact disputes, financial remedies and public law work. She is familiar with cases involving disabilities (affecting children's placement and how the presence of such can affect financial relief matters), all levels of abuse and domestic violence (including, for example, multiple rape and attempted murders), intractable hostility and change of residence, personality disorders, emergency applications and fact finds.

She is equally comfortable representing (ex) spouses, parents, guardians and local authorities and is familiar with applications, directions and trials in the High Court, County Court and FPC. Anarkali also advises on and represents appeals to the County Court, High Court and Court of Appeal.
