Caroline’s commercial practice includes advising on breach of contract and sale of goods/supply of services disputes. She has also conducted numerous credit hire trials, debt recovery and enforcement proceedings (including consumer credit cases) and interim hearings, such as applications for summary judgment. Her experience of insolvency law includes applications to set aside statutory demands.
Building upon her university studies of Contract, Commercial and Private International Law, Caroline observed a variety of commercial work during pupillage, ranging from advising on the potential breach of a multi-layered agency agreement to drafting submissions in a costs application made against third-party insurers.
In 2006, Caroline tutored a seminar group in Contract Law at the University of Westminster (Business Studies).
