Personal Injury & Clinical Negligence

Craig acts for both claimants and defendants in fast track and multi track claims. He deals with claims involving simple whiplash injuries, PTSD and other psychological injuries, as well as those claims involving more complicated injuries and higher levels of compensation such as brain damage and other permanent injuries.

He has recently successfully acted for a claimant in a claim brought against one of the major airlines under the Warsaw Convention. He has also been instructed to act in personal injury claim mediations.

He has particular interest in the following areas:

• Highways Act claims.
