Craig’s property and chancery work has involved him acting for parties involved in the following areas:

• Professional negligence (architects, solicitors, builders, surveyors etc.).
• Real property disputes, including boundaries, easements, rights of way, restrictive covenants, sales and trusts of land, and landlord and tenant disputes (both commercial and residential).
• Implied, constructive, and resulting trusts.
• Proprietary estoppel.
• Inheritance Act claims.

He has also acted for tenants and landlords before the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal and the Rent Assessment Tribunal.

He is a member of the Professional Negligence Bar Association.
