Following his instruction and involvement as prosecuting Junior Counsel in a number of linked major importation of drugs cases and money laundering cases on the south coast of England and a major cigarette smuggling case in the Midlands, Craig Ludlow was appointed to the Attorney-General’s list (C Panel) in 2006.
Consequently, following convictions in these and other cases he has dealt with, he has gained experience of and conducted proceedings under the Criminal Justice Act 1988, the Drug Trafficking Act 1994, and the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 in both the Magistrates’ and Crown Courts.
