David Marshall advises and appears for parties in property-related matters such as boundaries and easements, restrictive covenants, trespass and nuisance.

He has a particular expertise in the issues raised by the party wall legislation, having dealt with such matters in Inner London for many years before the extension of the regime to the whole country by the Party Walls Etc. Act 1996. He is a member of the Pyramus and Thisbe Club for party wall professionals.

His long experience of building and engineering law means that he is particularly well suited to dealing with boundary and neighbour issues in the context of building projects.
