Prior to her call Ebony gained valuable experience working in the legal department of a major corporation. Her background in corporate law and particular experience of drafting domestic and international contracts mean that Ebony is often instructed in high-value commercial litigation. Ebony marries commercial experience and legal acumen to offer clients strong and skilful advocacy and reliable counsel.

Examples of recent work:

• Drafting Particulars of Claim and advising the client on a complex misrepresentation claim.
• Assisting leading counsel in a major dispute regarding the construction of letting agreements in operation in relation to a large number of London properties. 
• Representing the claimant company in respect of a claim for unpaid invoices in which the defendant company alleged compromise by an agent.
• Drafting a Defence in a multi-track breach of contract claim.
