Sale of Goods

Gavin has experience of national and international sale of goods cases in the High and County Court. He has also been instructed in an ICC arbitration in Greece.

Insurance

Gavin has acted in fire claims against insurers, professional negligence claims against insurance brokers and has advised on policy points concerning non-disclosure and breach of warranty.

Partnership

Disputes can arise in many different types of partnerships and Gavin has experience of acting in cases concerning accountants, solicitors, doctors and farmers.

Financial Services

Gavin has dealt with claims for and against financial advisers, arising out of both fraud and negligence.

Professional Liability

Gavin has acted in several domestic arbitrations.

He is regularly instructed to appear mediations and drafts mediation statements.
