Harriet’s practice encompasses Commercial and Business, Insolvency, Employment, Public and Regulatory, and Technology. She joined 3PB in January 2011 after successfully completing a 3rd six pupillage in chambers. Harriet has appeared in the County Court and High Court as well as Employment Tribunals and the Employment Appeal Tribunal.
Harriet came to the Bar after a successful career in media, working for Reuters initially as a journalist and latterly as a senior manager within its Media division. Prior to commencing pupillage she spent 9 months working at Ofcom as a Legal Adviser and has also worked in the legal team at Ofgem.
Harriet brings skills and acumen gained in commerce to her practice. She has a high degree of commercial awareness, an ability to process complex factual material in an extremely efficient manner and a practical approach.
Outside work, Harriet has a keen interest in wine: she has a Diploma in Wines and Spirits and is a judge in the International Wine and Spirit Competition (IWSC).
