Iain Ross is a leading junior specialising in high profile criminal cases. He also practises in the areas of Landlord and Tenant and Judicial Review. He has been appointed as an advocate on the Attorney General’s list (Western Circuit) grade A and is also a grade 3 CPS Prosecutor.

Hewitson v Chief Constable of Dorset Police 18/12/05: Legality of a search under international extradition warrant.
Goldstein v Conley (1999) 03 EG 137: Premium payable for a new lease under LRHUDA 1993.
R v Manning (1999) 2 WLR 430: Definition of “document required for an accounting purpose”.
Prime v Hosking (1995) RTR 189: Driver’s tachograph regulations.
He also is a qualified advocacy trainer and lectures in the areas of Human Rights, Sexual Offences and Proceeds of Crime.
