James has 15 years of experience in personal injury matters. He acts on behalf of claimants and defendants and is willing to act on a conditional fee basis in appropriate cases. His practice covers the full spectrum of personal injury work including:

James has a particular interest in product liability and his experience of industrial injury includes noise induced hearing loss and vibration white finger cases.

James’ additional expertise in commercial litigation makes him ideally placed to understand accounts and expert reports when considering issues such as loss of earnings etc. arising from accidents. Thus he has often been instructed in cases involving the self employed or senior employees.
