Julia undertakes all aspects of personal injury work, for both claimants and defendants, in cases involving both physical and psychiatric injuries and where liability has arisen in a wide range of circumstances, including:

• Road traffic accidents
• Slipping and tripping
• Occupier’s liability
• Employer’s liability /breach of Health and Safety regulations

Julia also undertakes advisory work whether written or in conference, both on liability or quantum.
