Katherine Anderson was the 2005 Kalisher Scholar and has accepted instructions in a range of criminal law work in the Magistrates’ and Youth Court including:

• Actual bodily harm and assaults
• Racially aggravated offences
• Weapons offences
• Drugs offences
• Theft
• Road Traffic matters including speeding offences, careless driving, and driving under the influence of alcohol
• Bail applications and bail offences
• Prosecutions under the Environmental Protection Act 1990
• Prosecutions under the Food Hygiene (England) Regulations 2005
• Prosecutions under the Protection from Eviction Act 1977.
