Employment
Katherine regularly advises and acts for Claimants and Respondents in Employment Tribunals on multiday trials throughout the UK. She acts for clients in a range of employment law issues including unfair dismissal, constructive dismissal and discrimination law. She also has experience of advising and representing clients on cost related issues.
Katherine is a member of the Employment Law Bar Association.
