Katherine advises and represents both local authorities and parents on private and public law issues and regularly appears on applications for contact, care and residence orders. In her most recent case of note she successfully represented a mother accused of incest in a multiday residence trial.

She advises clients on ancillary relief and apportionment of assets and is a member of the Family Law Bar Association.
