Property & Chancery
Katherine has advised and represented property clients on a range of issues from mortgage possession hearings to multi-day boundary disputes. She has experience of drafting advices, defences and particulars of claim including on issues of nuisance, negligence and trespass.
During her pupillage Katherine was seconded to the Property Department of a large solicitors firm with a national client base. This proved invaluable experience as it provided a unique understanding of the requirements and pressures of case handling from a solicitor’s perspective and the importance of client care issues.
Prior to commencing pupillage Katherine gained appellate level experience of Property and Chancery matters whilst seconded as a Judicial Assistant to Lord Justice Mummery.
