Mediation & Mediation Advocacy

Prior to coming to the Bar, Kerry had experience in the teaching and training environment. She has particular skill in acting as a Mediator, using her experience as a neutral facilitator and Accredited Mediator to help parties reach an agreed settlement. She has been particularly praised for her ability at encouraging parties and enabling them to think through problems and proposals. She is also a trained Mediation Advocate where she utilises her skills as an advocate to bring about the best solution for her client.
