Michael Norman has a wide experience in commercial contract disputes including fraud and property disputes. He has dealt with a large number of high value claims which have included the following issues:

  • Issues of liability, damage and quantum in failed sales of companies, including allegations of fraud.
  • Conveyancing disputes relation to commercial properties, many including close consideration of the principles of proprietary estoppel.
  • Professional negligence claims involving solicitors and accountants in a commercial context.

  • Recoupment of losses caused by employees' fraud.
