Michael Tomlinson has experience of a wide range of commercial work. He has a particular interest in the following:
Michael is regularly instructed to draft, advise and appear in commercial cases as well as representing clients in mediation. He is instructed in cases ranging from straightforward debt collection matters to more complex cases involving construction of contracts. His cases include interim hearings, such as applications for summary judgment or strike out, and trials on the fast track and multi-track.
Michael is frequently instructed in contractual disputes that have arisen over the internet or following exchanges of email.
Michael has been appointed to Attorney General’s Regional Panel, and will undertake civil work, both advocacy and advisory, for all Government departments.
