Michael Tomlinson accepts instructions across the full range of personal injury cases. He advises on liability and quantum in many different types of accident and deals with small claims, fast track and multi-track cases.

Michael has a particular interest in the following:

• Occupiers’ Liability
• Road Traffic Accidents

He acts for both Claimants and Defendants and accepts instructions under Conditional Fee Agreements in appropriate cases.

Michael has recently been appointed to Attorney General’s Regional Panel, and is able to undertake personal injury work, both advocacy and advisory, for all Government departments.
