Personal Injury & Clinical Negligence
Michael Tomlinson accepts instructions across the full range of personal injury cases. He advises on liability and quantum in many different types of accident and deals with many fast track and multi-track cases.
Michael has a particular interest in the following:
- Accidents at School
- Allegations of Fraud
- Health and Safety at Work
- Highways Act cases
- Occupiers’ Liability
- Road Traffic Accidents
Michael has a particular interest in cases involving allegations of fraud. He acts for both Claimants and Defendants and accepts instructions under Conditional Fee Agreements in appropriate cases.
He has recently been appointed to Attorney General’s Regional Panel, and is able to undertake personal injury work, both advocacy and advisory, for all Government departments.
Michael is a member of the Personal Injury Bar Association.
