Michael’s Landlord & Tenant work includes representing local authorities, social housing landlords and individuals in a range of cases, from straightforward possession hearings and applications for forfeiture to succession claims and applications for anti-social behaviour injunctions.
Michael is an associate member of the Property Bar Association.
Recent Major Cases
Boyland & Son Limited v Persons Unknown [2006] EWCA Civ 1860, [2007] HLR 369, Times January 18, 2007 – in the Court of Appeal: successfully resisting an application to appeal in a case involving gypsies as trespassers to land.
