Natalie appears regularly in the county courts and is instructed in all manner of hearings. She has been instructed on small claims, fast track and multi-track hearings.

A few examples of her cases include:

• Bankruptcy and winding up petitions;
• Enforcement Orders (e.g. Charging Orders, Third Party Debt Orders)
• Debt recovery and contract claims;
• Appeals to circuit judges.

Natalie is also frequently instructed to draft Advices and pleadings.

Natalie also has a niche practice in appearing before contractual tribunals. Of note, she successfully appeared before the Appeals Tribunal of the Showmen’s Guild of Great Britain!
