Property & Chancery
Paul Newman undertakes both contentious and non contentious property-related work. He is authorised to accept instructions directly from members of the public in appropriate cases under the Bar Public Access scheme.

- Trespass and nuisance
- The Party Wall, etc. Act 1996

Paul is an author and regular columnist on legal topics. He has written for Construction Law, Tottel’s Construction Newsletter, Arbitration, Solicitors' Journal and The Legal Executive. He lectures on construction and property law.
