Richard Wheeler has a busy common law practice with particular emphasis on personal injury. He has a wealth of advocacy experience arguing cases before district and circuit judges on an almost daily basis over the last six years. He has also appeared on a variety of matters in the High Court. He has addressed lay members countless times in magistrates’ courts, employment tribunals, and on juries of the crown and coroner’s court.
Alongside a busy court practice, Richard has developed a practical and efficient advisory practice. He aims to provide written advices within two weeks of receipt of papers. Urgent turn around will try to be accommodated on request.
Solicitors and lay clients have said:
“I confirm receipt of the particularly well drafted Particulars of Claim.”
“My client has asked me to pass on his gratitude to you in dealing with this matter expediently and professionally and indeed is very impressed with your service.”
“This is just a short note to thank you for your splendid efforts in handling my case at Kingston County Court.”
“This is an extremely well set out and detailed advice given the time constraints imposed on Counsel. Please pass on my gratitude to Mr Wheeler.”
