Richard Wheeler is a personal injury and general common law specialist. He has a wealth of experience litigating contested claims and can advise on all aspects of liability and medical causation, including conferences with and cross-examination of experts. He has been instructed in related inquests.
In November 2012 he was appointed to the Attorney-General's Junior Counsel to the Crown Regional List and is now authorized to receive instructions from the Treasury Solicitor in Government litigation.
He has appeared in County Courts, Coroner’s Courts, Crown Courts, the High Court, and the Court of Appeal.

During 2012 Richard persuade four colleagues to join in forming a band, Five Bar. They entered the Battle of the Bands competition Solent Rocks and competed against six other bands from local companies. Five Bar came second and were mentioned in The Times. They have since played another gig at The Railway in Winchester.
