Sarah Clarke undertakes cases on behalf of both Claimants and Defendants. She is regularly instructed to appear in small claims and fast track trials, and interlocutory applications in multi-track claims.

She has particular experience in the following areas:

• Road traffic accident claims, including low velocity collisions
• PI claims, including accidents at work and ‘slip and trip’ cases
• Credit hire
• Liability disputes
• Disposal hearings
• Infant settlements

Within these areas, Sarah has been instructed in the following:

• Case management conferences
• Allocation hearings
• Applications to set aside default judgments
• Applications for summary judgment
• Disputed costs issues
• Trials
• Mediation in a claim arising out of a road traffic accident

Sarah also has a keen interest in Holiday claims. She is specifically interested in those involving jurisdictional issues and holiday claims arising from The Package Travel, Package Holidays & Package Tours Regulations 1992
