Sarah Langford is instructed in a range of family work in the following areas:

• Non-Molestation and Occupation Orders

Sarah appears in matters before the Family Proceedings Court, the Crown and County Court, and the Principal Registry of the Family Division including:

• Domestic violence in Children Act and injunction proceedings
• Committal proceedings for breach of non-molestation and occupation orders
• Applications for residence orders
• Contact disputes (including applications for penal notices)
• Clients with learning difficulties and/or psychiatric problems
• Allegations of alcohol and drug abuse by parents
• Allegations of sexual abuse of children

Sarah also has experience in drafting a range of Orders varying from ancillary relief consent orders to contact orders.
