Sarah Langford is instructed in a range of family work in the following areas:
- Ancillary Relief
- Private Law Children
- Public Law Children
- Non-Molestation and Occupation Orders
Sarah appears in matters before the Family Proceedings Court, the Crown and County Court, and the Principal Registry of the Family Division including:
- Domestic violence in Children Act and injunction proceedings
- Committal proceedings for breach of non-molestation and occupation orders
- Applications for residence orders
- Contact disputes (including applications for penal notices)
- Clients with learning difficulties and/or psychiatric problems
- Allegations of alcohol and drug abuse by parents
- Allegations of sexual abuse of children
Sarah also has experience in drafting a range of Orders varying from ancillary relief consent orders to contact orders.
Sarah is a member of the Family Law Bar Association.
