Timothy Coombes is one of the most senior and active members of the 3PB family team. Tim’s expertise lies equally between the complex and specialised areas of private Children Act work and Finance. He adopts a reasonable and practical approach to litigation and negotiations.

Tim has a wealth of Ancillary Relief experience and regularly conducts cases involving substantial assets and those cases with barely enough to provide for each party dissipating them. Examples of work include:
