Tom’s family law practice includes Private and Public law children work as well as applications for non-molestation and occupation orders and orders under the Protection of Harassment Act 1997. He has particular experience of cases that involve overlapping criminal and civil proceedings, and has acted in contact cases in which one of the parties has been serving a lengthy prison sentence.

Tom has also been instructed by the Child Support Agency in respect of appeals against liability orders.
