Intellectual Property

Her IP practice covers all aspects of copyright, trade marks, designs, passing off, and breach of confidence actions. She has extensive experience in the High Court, Patents County Court and Trade Marks Registry including applications for interim injunctions and other forms of interlocutory relief.

Victoria has been involved in advising major organisations in the film and music industries in relation to online copyright infringement and has advised and represented many other companies and individuals including well known cosmetic and fashion labels, publishers and brand owners in relation to their IPRs.

Insolvency

Victoria's insolvency practice encompasses all aspects of corporate and personal insolvency. She frequently attends hearings in the Companies Court, before Bankruptcy Registrars in the High Court and District Judges in County Courts.
